Payroll Prep Trainer collects information necessary to deliver compliance education and maintain training records for client organizations, including participant names, work email addresses, course activity, assessment results, acknowledgments and electronic signatures.

Training records are maintained on behalf of the client organization and are made available to authorized administrators of that organization.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support platform delivery, or where required by law.
